This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Issued May 2, 2025 (Updated March 16, 2026). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 36C24826Q0958 for RFID Library Security System at VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) facilities located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This notice incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a small business size standard of $25 Million. The PSC is 6350 Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems. The contract period of performance is expected to be from September 15, 2026, to January 13, 2027.
