Full Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO Central, Network Contracting Office 10, intends to enter into a sole source procurement for a ICS Chartr EP 200 Advanced Vestibular Testing System for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. Under the authority of VAAR 819.7007, Sole Source Awards to a Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc., located at 13949 Alvarez Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32218. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334510 and the Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. This is a brand-name only requirement to satisfy the minimum requirements of the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
