The NF/SG Veterans Healthcare System, Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 intends to negotiate with St. Jude Medical, Inc, on a sole source basis pursuant to VAAR 873 & 38 USC 8153 and FAR 6.302-1 for the EnSite System, model #EE3000, with integration of 3D non-contact mapping and 3D contact navigation and electronic-anatomic mapping applications in one system. The system includes the EnSite Array and the EnSite NavX which works to locate multiple catheters, electrodes and works with most manufacture's standard EP catheters and displays in 3D. Also included is the EnSite Verismo Segmentation Tool which will create 3D cardiac chamber models for CT or MR Datasets. Other items included are workstation, patient interface unit, breakout box, mobile cart, 2 flat panel monitors, printer, EnSite v7.0 operating software (or most current version), Instructions for use and one set of RF generator connection cables, and the Assurance Plus Warranty for 1 year.
