The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Northern California Health Care System is conducting a sources sought to identify potential suppliers for the procurement of the Brand-Name or Equal SENTEC tCOM+ Hospital Monitor with V-Sign Sensor 2. This effort aims to assess industry capability to provide these medical devices and supporting equipment, including the V-Sign Sensor VS-A/P/N, tCOM+ Hospital Monitor, Roll Stand GCX, and tCOM+ Vesa Mounting Plate. The contract period for the base order is from April 1, 2026, to July 1, 2026, with quantities of two units each for all items. Responses to this notice are intended to gather information on capable sources, including their socio-economic status and business size, to shape future acquisition strategies, but this notice does not constitute a solicitation or impose any procurement obligation on the government. The procurement must comply with the Buy American Act, and all devices must be FDA approved. Interested vendors are requested to submit a statement of capability demonstrating their ability to supply the required products, experience with similar contracts (preferably with VA or other government agencies), and relevant business details such as GSA Federal Supply Schedule status, socio-economic classification, registration in SAM and SBA DSBS, and commercial pricing. The responses will inform potential solicitation issuance, which will be posted as a formal request. The VA encourages responses from various business sizes, including SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), and HUBZone-certified firms. Submissions are due by January 23, 2026, and must be emailed to the contracting officer as specified.
