The requirement is for the contractor to provide and ship the equipment (listed below) to the Atlanta Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia. The requirement is for one (1) Peroxide-Based Decontamination System. This system must be safe to use with electrical equipment. The Peroxide-Based Decontamination System must include the following: HALO Fogger LS (110 V) (quantity: 1) HALO Spray Disinfectant Cases (quantity: 2) HALO Shield Vent Covers (quantity: 6) H2O2 Strip Tests (quantity: 2 boxes; 50 strips per box) X-AM 5100 Single Gas Detector (quantity: 1) The sole source is pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source (1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.
