66--UCT-35 High Resolution Scanner

The Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. Tenth Street, Indianapolis, Indiana intends to negotiate with Scanco USA Inc, 985 Old Eagle School Road Suite 511, Wayne, PA 19087-1706 to provide a uCT-35 High Resolution Scanner and Hardware. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 13.5. The Government believes that only one (1) source is reasonably available to provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but responses received on or before July 23, 2011 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is only within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Richard L.
