The United States Property and Fiscal Office of Wisconsin, Camp Douglas, WI intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisitions Procedures to Source One Distributors., Wellington, FL for add-on requirements to systems that are currently being used in the field by the WIARNG. The addition of the DC2E medium SXGA will streamline the output of information in the field, the bike track flooring will complete a set of flooring previously purchased. Both of these products must be manufactured by Drash. Also included are the 1009319 hard door shelter and the 1009460 Seal, with hard door entry control point. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the other than full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR Part 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
