Luke Air Force Base in Arizona plans to award a sole-source contract to Positron Public Safety Systems Corporation located in Atlanta, GA, to upgrade their emergency communication capabilities. The contract includes acquiring the ALI Data Base v2.0 license, an Automatic ALI Database Update, a database server, along with installation, training, and field engineering support. This upgrade is part of a coordinated effort with the State of Arizona and Maricopa County Region 911, scheduled for implementation in Fall 2007.
