The Office of Personnel Management plans to award a sole source purchase order to Vanguard Integrity Professionals for the annual renewal and maintenance of their Vanguard Administrator, Analyzer, and Advisor software version 6.3. This software supports the mainframe security tools for OPM’s IBM RACF security system, enhancing the productivity of security administration by facilitating user management, security authorizations, and report generation. This notice serves to fulfill a regulatory requirement and signals the government’s intent to proceed with a sole source award, but invites interested vendors to submit written information within five days if they believe they can meet the same requirements, including pricing details. The government emphasizes that no solicitation document is available and that submitted information will only be used to evaluate whether a competitive competition should be pursued. All inquiries and submissions are directed to the OPM Contract Specialist, Denise Haizlip-Harrod, via email or fax.
