This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION/NOTICE OF INTENT for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent and a written notice of intent WILL NOT be issued. The Department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Management Service, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sciencelogic for: DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT OF ISSUE EM7 MODEL D6500 1 YR ENTERPRISE DATA- BASE SERVER MAIN- TENANCE EM7 MODEL A1500 1 YR APPLICATION AND REPORT SERVER MAINTENANCE EM7 MODEL C500 4 YR DATA COLLECTION SERVER MAINTENANCE EM7 MODEL C2500 3 YR DATA COLLECTION SERVER MAINTENANCE The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 518210. This acquisition will be under the authority of Section 4202 Clinger Cohen Act of 1996, as set forth in FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
