This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules. This procurement is exclusively for Certified Minority and Women-Owned Businesses (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.The New York City Department of Probation (DOP) is seeking appropriately qualified and experienced M/WBE vendor(s) to provide Pre-employment Psychological Testing for new hire Probation Officer candidates. The vendor would provide psychological testing and assessments to assist DOP with determining the suitability of each candidate for the position. The contract term is for two (2) years, from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2028, with one (1) one-year renewal option.Please submit your proposal by both acknowledging receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement Tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses Tab.
