The Department of the Navy (DoN) has awarded a Limited Source contract to Immix Technologies, 8444 Westpark Dr., Ste. 200, McLean VA 22102-5112, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6. The acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program as a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Immix Technologies is the Limited Source provider for the Kronos Time Keeping System under GSA Contract #: GS-35F-0265X, FSS Group/Class/Part: 70, FSS SIN: 132-33 that meets DON's requirements. The Government awarded this contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1) in the amount of $378,124.51 including all options. The Multiple-award BPA represents the best value to the Government.
