Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the attachment titled "Q and As FA468626Q0014 9 AMXS Hangar Fan Mx" into the solicitation.
(i) Solicitation Statements
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA468626Q0014 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the annual preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of twenty (20) Big Ass Fans and a one-time guy wire installation on four (4) of those fans for the 9th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (9 AMXS) at Beale AFB. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
