Full Description

This notice will serve as notification of a Sole Source solicitation for the following: Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a Sole Source contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Activemedia Robotics, LLC. Activemedia Robotics, LLC is the only known source that meets the USAFA requirements for additional P3-AT Mobile Robots. This will be a firm Fixed Price contract. Contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This procurement is for the acquisition of a sole source commercial item using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. FAR provisions 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply. In addition, the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are: (b) 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, and 31. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clause is included as an addendum: Department of Defense FAR Supplement 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
