Full Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), is procuring services to perform cavitating waterjet erosion testing. NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to DynaFlow, Inc. In previous awards, DynaFlow, Inc has worked with NSWC on similar projects; therefore, changing vendors would increase the cost above the value of the procurement. We are currently using an earlier version of this software. Use of other software will require the entire system to be replaced; therefore, it would not be cost effective. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Go! vernment POC on or before 05/24/2007.
