The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract under simplified acquisition procedures to ACAMS Inc., 80 SW 8Th Street, Suite 2350, Miami, FL 33130-3003 to provide the Certified Anti-Money laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification with online preparation to 31 individuals, including ACAMS 3 year public memberships at the cost of $1,595 per person with options for up to 3 additional years for ACAMS certification packages and 3 year public memberships. This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Based on market research using the results of previous purchases for similar services via the intranet, it has been determined the FBI's requirement for the above listed services can only be provided by the ACAMS.
