The U.S. Navy, through Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, is conducting market research for Administrative Engineering Support Services to support Assault Craft Unit Five at Camp Pendleton, California, under solicitation number 2026000285. This is a sources-sought notice with the intent of determining whether small businesses possess the capability to fulfill the requirement, which is structured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5. Respondents must be small businesses and must clearly indicate all applicable small business designations such as HUBZone, SDVOSB, 8(a), or WOSB, along with their CAGE code and business size representation. The requirement calls for 1,912 labor hours per year over a potential five-year period—one base year and four 12-month option periods—to provide administrative engineering support, including maintenance of a technical publications library, LCAC subject matter expertise, Craft Material Inspections for INSURV, scheduled equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and personnel training.
