NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Project Title: Advertisement in Nursing Newsletters/Magazines Announcement #: 18-236-SOL-00039 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award sole source contract to Authur L. Davis Publishing Agency. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide advertisement services in nursing newsletters/magazines. The contractor shall provide a high-quality, visually attractive graphic design services, including but not limited to, planning, designing, developing, executing, producing, and publishing a Nursing Ad in Nursing newsletters/magazines, which has a primary distribution for nurses association, foundations and boards of nursing across the country, specifically for the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota. The period of performance for this effort will be one (1) 12-month base period. This sole source contracting action is being pursued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposal/quotation. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the Indian Health Service.
