The U.S. Government, through the General Services Administration acting on behalf of the Air Force Executive Aircraft Division, is seeking market information via a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) to evaluate vendor capabilities for providing Information Assurance, Mission Assurance, and Program Lifecycle Management Framework system administration services. This RFI, identified as RFI_R7DFW5YAFNSF and posted on May 4, 2026, is not a solicitation for proposals or bids, and no contract award will result from this activity; it is strictly for market research to inform future acquisition planning. The work, if pursued further, would involve supporting critical Air Force executive aircraft platforms including the VC-25A, C-32, C-37, and C-40 series under a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price and Time-and-Materials structure with a potential five-year base period and four additional one-year option periods totaling up to 66 months. Performance is expected primarily at Tinker Air Force Base, with additional possible sites including Joint Base Andrews, Scott AFB, and Wright-Patterson AFB, and telework may be permitted with prior approval. Contractor personnel must hold Top Secret clearances with SCI eligibility and include a minimum of 14 individuals with Yankee White clearance at contract start, all of whom must be pre-adjudicated and maintain clearance throughout performance. The contractor must also maintain a Top Secret facility clearance at their own expense and comply with stringent security, access control, and personnel identification requirements under HSPD-12 and DoD standards. All employees require Cyber Awareness Training and specific Information Assurance certifications, and the contractor must submit an Organizational Conflict of Interest certification and a Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
