The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Huntsville Center (USACE-HNC) has a continued need of support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative. The purpose of this sources sought is to gauge SBA-Certified 8(a) Small Business interest in this requirement and potential capability of providing the support to the real property and real estate services described in the attached DRAFT performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 30 June 2026 for a potential Task Order with USACE-HNC.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will *not* accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if one is issued. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor correspondence for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

All responses shall include the information: i. A description of the organization’s capabilities for performing the Government’s requirement set forth in the attached DRAFT PWS. This description shall include a list of current and/or prior contracts for which your company is performing or has performed for the same or similar services. All responses to this notice must be unclassified. No classified response will be accepted. All information received in response to this sources sought that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice will not be returned.
