Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Title: Airlines Reporting Corporation: Air Passenger Data Description: The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole source contract for the Bureau of Economic Analysis to Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), 3000 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 300 Arlington, VA 22201, for information on air passenger transport that qualifies as a U.S. cross- border transaction. This includes passengers transported between at least one U.S. airport and at least one foreign airport. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910- Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. Airlines Reporting Corporation is the only responsible source known to provide the Air Passenger Data information, news and insights. It is The Office of the Secretary intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source IDIQ type contract with a 12-month Base Year plus four (4) one Year Option to Airlines Reporting Corporation under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
