This is an Intent to Sole Source, this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, Regional Procurement Office-Central, on behalf of the Troy Bowling VA Medical Center located at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY, 40502-2235 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to Cyprotex US, LLC to perform investigational drug testing utilizing an anticancer drug to perform pharmacokinetics, metabolic stability, and its induced toxicity. This sole source award to the Cyprotex US, LLC is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.
