NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to KC Beck Physiological Consulting, LLC. , 6961 Durfee Way, Liberty, Utah 84310-9560 for the Applied Pulmonary Physiology Laboratory APPL s clinical research system located at the East Orange VA Medical Center (385 Tremont Ave, Bldg.1 Rm 11-201 East Orange, NJ 07018-1023). NAICS Code is 541715 Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (Except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) with a Size Standard of 1000 Employees. The classification code is AJ12 General Science and Technology R&D Services; General Science and Technology; Applied Research. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time.
