The AESO is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing partner(s), in whole or in part, to provide services (A and/or B and/or C) in a hybrid work environment. The Successful Bidder(s) will support complex, multi vendor technology initiatives for a period of up to five (5) years beginning August 2026. These services are further described in Appendix E and include, but are not limited to: A. Managed QA & Testing Services This stream is focused on outcome based QA delivery, where the Successful Bidder(s) is accountable for planning, governance, and execution of testing services. B. QA Staff Augmentation This stream is focused on supplementing internal QA capacity with skilled QA professionals under AESO direction. C. QA Automation Tools Provisioning This stream is focused on providing enterprise-level QA automation tools and support for functional and non-functional testing to reduce manual effort and accelerate testing cycles.
