The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for: Annual Cost Allocation Plan and User Fee Study Services Sheriff's Office Cost Allocation Plan Contractor will incorporate Sheriff's Office administrative support and countywide overhead from the 2 CFR Part 200 cost allocation plan developed for the Controller's Office. The first year of the cost allocation plan will be calculated utilizing FY 26 actuals, for use in FY 28. User Fee Study Cost Analysis Contractor will conduct a user fee cost analysis for all fee-for-service activities provided by the Sheriff's Office. This analysis will include the development of fully burdened hourly rates by staffing classification and an assessment of the time spent providing all fee-for-service activities. The user fee calculations will multiply the hourly rates by the times spent. If annual volume statistics are available, revenue projections based on recommended fee adjustments may be provided. TIMELINE: Annual Cost Allocation Plan must be completed by November 30 in each year of the contract. User Fee Study must be completed by April 30 in years 1 and 3 of the contract. FEE: Both deliverables should be charged a flat annual fee instead of an hourly rate or other cost model. CONTRACT TERM: This will be a 1 year contract with the option to extend the term for two (2) additional 1 year periods. Contractor should include the costs for all three years in their quote. Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times.
