As part of this commitment, the Sheriff's Office seeks the services of a qualified consultant to conduct an independent organizational assessment of an assigned Sheriff's Office work unit. The purpose of the assessment is to provide an objective evaluation of organizational practices, leadership, communication, employee engagement, operational effectiveness and workplace dynamics. The assessment should identify organizational strengths, opportunities for improvement and systemic factors that influence workplace effectiveness. The selected consultant should utilize industry best practices, which may include confidential employee interviews, focus groups, surveys, document review, leadership interviews, observations and other appropriate assessment methodologies. The resulting assessment should provide practical, prioritized recommendations that support organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership practices, improve communication and collaboration, and provide an implementation roadmap for sustainable organizational success.
