The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the availability of vendors who meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” in accordance with HHSAR 326.601, and also/or meet the small business size standards under the NAICS Code associated with this notice. Responses to this sources sought notice will assist in determining the method of procurement and acquisition strategy use for an upcoming requirement. This notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award.



All capable sources shall express written interest by responding to this sources sought notice with the following information:
