The contract incorporates numerous FAR clauses related to whistleblower rights, anti-trafficking, DEI compliance, accelerated payments to small business subcontractors, and prohibitions against contracting with inverted domestic corporations or entities using convict labor. Compliance with federal anti-discrimination laws, including Title VI and VII, and adherence to Executive Orders 14168 and 14173 are material conditions of the contract, with violations potentially leading to termination.
