Full Title: Approval of Amendments No.1 to the Fire Life Safety Fire Alarm Monitoring Professional Service Agreement with Everon LLC and Rapid Fire Safety & Security LLC, at Riverside County Facilities The County relies on specialized fire alarm monitoring for Fire, Life and Safety Compliance across more than 300 County owned facilities and sites. Through this action, the County will ensure that it continues to meet its safety compliance obligations and ongoing safety measures across all County owned facilities. Agreements were executed with the awarded bidders, Everon LLC and Rapid Fire Safety & Security LLC, to ensure uninterrupted coverage and continued services for County properties, personnel, and the public. Amendments to the Agreements are needed to increase the compensation amount. Facilities Management recommends the Board of Supervisors ratify and approve the Amendments to the Professional Services Agreement Amendments for Everon LLC and Rapid Fire Safety & Security LLC for Fire, Life and Safety Fire Alarm Monitoring Services through December 31, 2026. The approval of the Professional Services Agreements for fire, life and safety services is identified as the proposed project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The County sites will continue to provide public services and will not result in an expansion of existing use. No additional direct or indirect physical environmental impacts are anticipated.
