Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
**Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.**
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide lop and scatter services according to Attachment B.
Mandatory Site Visit: none.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: Contract time will be from (October 1, 2026- December 1, 2027) all work must be completed by 12/1/2027. Contract time cannot be extended due to timing stipulations for wildlife habitat use. Additional time will not be provided due to winter stoppage or other climatologic, environmental circumstances. No work will be done between May 1th -August 1st unless prior approval has been given due to migratory bird restrictions.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
