Auditing, collection & delivery of state unclaimed property

The Washington State Department of Revenue is soliciting proposals under RFA 2026-03 UCP to engage unclaimed property auditing firms. Payment is structured based on a standard fee schedule, with invoices submitted to the Department of Revenue upon the delivery of property. The contract mandates rigorous confidentiality and safeguarding of information, with violations potentially leading to termination or monetary penalties. Additionally, contractors must maintain commercial general liability insurance and comply with state anti-discrimination and debarment laws under the Revised Code of Washington.
