The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide repairs and preventative maintenance (PM) service on autoclaves in its high biological containment laboratories (CL). This will include a scheduled preventative maintenance program and repairs on an as-and when required basis.
Mandatory Site Visit:
All Bidders must attend a site visit. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, prior to the site visit date. See section 2.6 of the Request For Proposal for details regarding the site visit.

1. The mandatory site visit date is amended to October 16th, 2024.
2. The solicitation closing date is extended to October 28th, 2024
