The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Delivery of 19,600 lbs. of bulk Pure Live Seed (PLS) by October 1st, 2026. Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
