Full Description
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:includes the Contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to aerially apply seed. The project area totals approximately 991 acres. Located in Book Cliffs of uintah County, UT.
Mandatory Site Visit: None - site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Black Horse Ridge aerial seeding completed by October 18, 2026 and Big Park must be completed aerial seeding by October 25, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for through the completion of the project.
