Beach Access #9 Accessibility Improvements

The City of South Padre Island is soliciting bids for the Beach Access #9 Accessibility Improvements project, located at Bluewater Circle along E. Kingfish St and E. Dolphin St in Texas. The scope of work involves the development and installation of permeable parking, permanent restroom facilities including drinking fountains, a wood-framed dune walkover with rinse stations, landscaping, irrigation, and dune and vegetation mitigation. The project requires strict adherence to ADA compliance for handrails and curb cuts, as well as compliance with the Texas General Land Office Beachfront Construction Certificate and Dune Protection Permit.
