BeaverFit — Outdoor, indoor, and mobile fitness solutions

Master Agreement 101625-BFT is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and BeaverFit USA for the provision of outdoor, indoor, and mobile fitness solutions, as well as playground, water play, aquatic equipment, and site amenities. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement allows thousands of eligible public entities, including governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada, to procure fitness and recreational equipment and related services. The contract term is four years, estimated to run from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2029, with the possibility of up to three one-year extensions at Sourcewell's discretion. Under the terms of the agreement, BeaverFit USA provides pricing to participating agencies at a discount of 20 to 30 percent off the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The award was based on a best-value trade-off methodology, with pricing serving as the most heavily weighted evaluation factor at 400 points, followed by the depth and breadth of solutions, delivery capabilities, and value-added attributes. Performance is focused on delivering turn-key, operational equipment that meets all applicable safety and regulatory standards to various end-user sites nationwide. Financial transactions and invoicing are handled directly between the supplier and the ordering participating entity.
