Presolicitation Notice for HT941026QE014 BPA for Dynamic Ankle-Foot Orthoses for Tripler Army Medical Ceneter, HI.
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division – West, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858 in support of Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, intends to make a sole source award to Cascade DAFO for the purchase of the Dynamic Ankle-Foot Orthoses. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is RFO FAR 12.102-1(a) which authorizes the government for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), to solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
