Braille and Tactile Embossing Services

This contract, identified as solicitation number 030ADV26Q0018, is a simplified acquisition under FAR Part 13 aimed at establishing a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for braille and tactile embossing services with a five-year ordering period from July 15, 2026, through July 14, 2031. All work is performed at the contractor’s facility, and deliveries must adhere to strict packaging and labeling requirements including the use of "Free Matter for the Blind or Handicapped" markings, specific envelope and box types, and prohibition of manufacturer names on shipping containers. Proposals must be submitted in four volumes by June 17, 2026, to the designated contracting officers via email and must include samples that meet identifiable and evaluative criteria as a mandatory pass/fail gate. The technical volume is limited to 15 pages and must detail organizational structure, key personnel qualifications, and past performance from the prior three years, with references submitted directly by clients using Attachment J5.
