The two (2) separate contract actions are as follow: HRSA intends to issue a sole source contract to Medical Marketing Services (MMS) Inc. located at 935 National Parkway, Ste. 93510, Schaumburg, IL, 60173. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase the 2015 American Medical Association (AMA) Physician Master File and MMS is sole supplier authorized by the AMA to market the Physician Master File. The anticipated delivery date for the master file is 9/15/2016. HRSA intends to issue a sole source contract to American Dental Association (ADA) located at 211 E. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60611.
