1000502178 – Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Description: The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a need for bus transportation services based on its operational needs in order to transport individuals from the Regional Processing Centre (RPC) in StBernard-de-Lacolle, Quebec, to destinations within the Metropolitan are of Montreal and Quebec. During the service period, additional destinations may be required. A shuttle service to the CTR in St-Bernard-de-Lacolle is also necessary. Trade agreements: This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and all international free trade agreements including the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Solicitation documents: The Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be posted and available on CanadaBuys. Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Security Requirements: SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER: PWGSC FILE No. 1000502178-PR185561 1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). 2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC. 3. The Contractor MUST NOT remove any PROTECTED information or assets from the identified site(s), and the Contractor must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction. 4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC.5. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the: a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C; b) Contract Security Manual (Latest Edition).
