This procurement operates under a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation model, focusing primarily on bid price adjusted by incentives for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation and Small Business preferences. Bidders are expected to be responsible and responsive to technical and contractual requirements, including compliance with disclosure policies related to the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in proposal development. Oversight by designated contract officers and representatives ensures performance adherence, and the state reserves the right to disqualify interpreters based on prior performance.
