The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, license/permits and every other item of expense necessary to provide the rental of various shooting ranges on a scheduled basis for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Men¿s Colony (CMC). In-Service Training (IST) shall conduct mandatory weekly, quarterly, and annual Firearms Training in accordance with Penal Code (P.C) 832. Training will be conducted in compliance with CDCR regulations and with the Firing Range(s) regulations.
