Cabinet Fabrication and Installation Early Childhood Connections Facility 2501 E. 13th Street Hays, Kansas 67601 1. Introduction USD 489 / Early Childhood Connections is requesting sealed proposals from qualified cabinet manufacturers and installers for the fabrication and installation of custom cabinetry for designated areas within the Early Childhood Connections facility located at 2501 E. 13th Street, Hays, Kansas. The project includes fabrication, delivery, and professional installation of custom frameless cabinetry as illustrated in the attached conceptual drawings and specifications. 2. Project Scope The successful vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, hardware, and installation services necessary to complete the cabinetry project. Project areas include: Hallway tall storage cabinetry Sink and countertop cabinetry areas Base cabinets Wall cabinets Tall cabinets Finished end panels Toe kicks Fillers and trim Cabinet hardware Installation and final adjustment Reference drawings are included for layout and configuration expectations. 3.
