Cadillac of Beverly Hills Vehicle Service Center

The project involves the adaptive reuse of an existing 42,333 square-foot industrial building located at 10150-10200 Jefferson Boulevard within the Mixed Use Corridor 2 (MU-2) zone. The facility is classified as a light industrial Group S-1 use and requires all repair work to be conducted within a fully enclosed structure. Site improvements include re-striping the parking area for 67 spaces, featuring 7 EV charging stations, 7 EV-ready spaces, and 14 EV-capable spaces, while outdoor storage is limited to 150 square feet and must be enclosed by a 6-foot decorative masonry wall. The project is categorically exempt from further environmental review under CEQA Class 1 and Class 32, as it involves minor alterations without expansion and aligns with local zoning and general plan policies. Construction and architectural coating are scheduled from December 1, 2025, through March 11, 2026, with operations beginning in 2026. Key compliance requirements include adherence to ADA standards, CCMC noise regulations, and the installation of a sprinkler system meeting NFPA 13 Ordinary Hazard Group 2 standards. Additionally, the facility must implement a comprehensive safety plan coordinated with the Culver City Fire Department covering battery safety, flammable material handling, and emergency response procedures.
