The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to solicit and negotiate with Decisive Point Consulting Group, LLC  for a Careview Fall Prevention System for use at the VA Central California Healthcare System, Fresno, CA.  The planned period of performance for this base plus four option year order is 9/1/2026 to 8/31/2031.



Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with the authority of VAAR 819.7008 Sole source awards to a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-5 - Sole Source Contracts for Contracts Above Simplified Acquisition Threshold.  For purposes of meeting the goals under subsection (a), a contracting officer of the Department may award a contract to a small business concern owned and controlled by veterans or a small business concern owned and controlled by veterans with service-connected disabilities using procedures other than competitive procedures.



This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available.
