The Contractor shall prepare and deliver meals for 70th Regional Training Institute (RTI) during Officer Candidate School (OCS) phase 1 and 3, and for the Basic Military Police Course (BMPC) Annual Training event for the Maryland Army National Guard. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS: 722320- Caterer with a small business size standard of 9.0 million dollars. Offeror must comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.3- Determination of Small Business Size and Status for Small Business Programs to be considered small business concern under NAICS code: 722320. Sam.gov and Small Business Administration will be checked for compliance. For specific details, carefully read the Statement of Work (SOW), and RFQ Combined synopsis solicitation for this requirement. Appendix A has been revised and updated. Lunch has been added to the meal plan. Combined synopsis has included paragraph(vi) CLIN Structure. Vendors must consider clin structure when submitting quotes.Previous version are obsolete.
