The City recognizes the critical need for emergency standby food catering services to support its employees and emergency crews during times of crisis. As part of its preparedness for hurricanes, natural disasters, and other emergency events, the city seeks to establish a reliable pool of vendors capable of providing meals for approximately 100 to 250 personnel.
