Catering Services

The Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions (LAFPP) is soliciting proposals under solicitation REQ26-04 for catering services to support its Financial Planning Education Seminars. The selected contractor will provide light breakfast and full lunch with beverages for groups typically ranging from 40 to 100 people. Services will primarily be performed at the Grace Simons Lodge, though other venues within the City of Los Angeles may be used. Key submission requirements include the Bidder Certification City Ethics Commission Form 50 and Form 55. Awarded vendors must provide evidence of insurance and may be subject to prevailing wage requirements per the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
