Dear Prospective Offeror: July 24, 2026
Subject: Request for Quotation 191N6526Q0095 – Provide your Supply and Services for Chilled & Hot water piping interconnection works (Existing Plantroom to New SPX Building) in U S Embassy New Delhi, India
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Chilled & Hot Water Piping Interconnection Works. If you wish to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in paragraph 4 below.
The Embassy will conduct a site visit on August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. Embassy, Gate ‘C’, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors interested in participating should send their confirmation to Xrajender@state.gov no later than 5:00 p.m., August 1, 2026.
All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to Xrajender@state.gov on or before 2:00 p.m., August 6, 2026. Responses will be provided to all contractors who express interest in doing business with the U.S. Government. No questions will be accepted after 7:00 p.m., August 6, 2026.
Quotations are due on or before 2:00 p.m. (India Time), August 11, 2026. Please submit your quotation electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line: “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0095 for Chilled & Hot Water Piping Interconnection Works”
The file size must not exceed 10MB. If it does, please split the submission into separate files and emails, each under 10MB. Quotations submitted after the deadline or to any email address other than Newdelhibids@state.gov will be rejected in accordance with FAR Provision 52.215-1. Quotations must be in English; incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Award may be made based on initial proposals without discussions, although discussions may be held if necessary.
For your quotation to be considered, the following must be completed and submitted:
- Section A – Pricing
- Section L – Representations and Certifications
- Additional information as required in Section J
- Proof of SAM Registration
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. If registration cannot be completed before award, the contractor must be registered within 30 days after award or at least three days prior to submission of the first invoice, whichever occurs first.
Offerors are strongly encouraged to begin SAM registration immediately if they intend to respond to this requirement.
