The City of Calgary ("The City") is seeking qualified Suppliers to establish one or more Agreements for the supply, rental, maintenance, repair, relocation, and support of Mobile Security Units (MSUs). The resulting Agreements will support The City's operational requirements for temporary and mobile security monitoring, incident management, and site protection at locations where permanent security infrastructure is unavailable or impractical. This RFP includes the following schedules: Schedule A: Purchase of Mobile Security Units Schedule B: Rental of Mobile Security Units Schedule C: Maintenance, Repair, Relocation, and Support Services for Mobile Security Units The City intends to establish long-term contractual relationships with qualified Suppliers capable of providing reliable, scalable, and operationally effective solutions that meet The City's technical, service, and business requirements. Business units within The City may access the resulting Agreement(s) on an as-required basis.
